Producing a Musical
Play: Writing
the script and some songs for: “LIBERTAD”,
a musical play about Cubans in exile,desiring freedom for their
land...Representing scenes of daily life and events about cuban exiles
in Miami.
Productions: "Mama
es un Rayo de Luz"; a 3 acts play about a Cuban family in Miami,
with the hardships of the English language, and their teen age children
getting in a car accident, because they took the car without permission;
culminating in love and forgiveness. Shown at the Assumption Academy;
Miami, Fl. 1975. I wrote and directed the play, designed and painted
the scenery, did the program cover, recorded sound effects: donated to
Catholic Charities. "Brotherhood"; a 15 minutes audiovisual
presentation. Synopsis: People from all nations, shall live peacefully
and happily if they LOVE. We are born free to create, to research from
the bottom of the ocean to the sky above. We are born free to seek and
to find, that LOVING together is the only way! "Bicentennial":
slides synchronized to "God Bless America", "My Country
Tis of Thee" and "This Land in my Land".
